I LOVE southern Utah… I love the red rocks, the white rocks and everything in between.  This place is beautiful and the perfect place to raise a family.  My family and I love the outdoors; we rock climb, hike, camp and ride dirt bikes and there is no better place to do all of those things than Southern Utah.

I am passionate about my work, family, my husband and my kids are my world.  My husband Brandon and I own and operate New Beginnings Construction, and is a great tool for my real estate clients.

A graduate of Dixie State University in Business Administration with a certificate in Marketing, Lancia is an aspiring Attorney planning to start law school in 2019.
