Chad Van Cleve was raised in the red dirt of Southern Utah, and couldn’t be more proud of his home town. Right out of high school Chad went to work for a large local engineering company as a project manager and was able to grow relationships and an understanding of the local municipalities. He then moved on to work side by side with his father at their own construction company. Building and developing numerous subdivisions and commercial locations around the southern Utah area. Chads passions include his family, friends, career, and enjoying all three while living and enjoying this great community. Chads goal is to turn every handshake he makes into a friendship that is based on honesty, kindness, and a shared love for Southern Utah.
